The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders and technical teams—ensuring project goals are aligned, business needs are fully understood, and solutions deliver measurable value. As a Senior BA, you will guide requirement discovery, facilitate workshops, analyze processes, lead documentation efforts, and support large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role is best suited for professionals who can combine business thinking, technical understanding, and strong leadership to ensure project success. #128204; Key Responsibilities #128313; Requirements Leadership & Documentation Lead the full lifecycle of requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases , and acceptance criteria Facilitate high-level requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and group discussions Translate complex business needs into clear, structured documentation Ensure all requirements align with strategic goals and project constraints #128313; Business Process Improvement Analyze existing workflows, systems, and business processes Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Design optimized “To-Be” processes aligned with best practices Create process maps, flowcharts, and decision models using Visio, Lucidchart, etc. #128313; Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Act as the strategic bridge between business leaders, SMEs, technical teams, QA, and PMO Lead communication across departments and ensure alignment throughout the project Present findings, requirements, and solution recommendations to senior leadership Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve requirement conflicts #128313; Data & Reporting Support Analyze data to support decision-making, impact assessments, and requirement validation Understand KPIs and business metrics to propose data-driven solutions Support reporting requirements and dashboard definitions #128313; Testing, Validation & Implementation Support Lead UAT planning, test case review, and defect triage Ensure delivered systems match business requirements before production release Validate solution readiness and support go-live activities Prepare training materials, SOPs, and user documentation when applicable #128313; Leadership & Mentoring Guide and mentor Junior BAs and support their development Review requirement documentation created by junior team members Contribute to best practices, templates, and BA standards within the organization ✅ Qualifications Required ~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, MIS, or related field ~5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise-level projects ~ Strong expertise with SDLC , Agile/Scrum, and hybrid methodologies ~ Proven experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and complex requirement artifacts ~ Strong process mapping and workflow modeling skills ~ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities ~ Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio, Lucidchart ~ Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams Preferred Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecom, Logistics, or Government projects Ability to analyze data using SQL/Excel Knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA credentials
