Visa sponsorship is not available, and relocation assistance will not be provided.***Job Title: Senior Business AnalystJob Type: Full-Time/Contract *this role is a 6-month assignment.Job Location: Houston, TX 77002 *must be located in the Houston area.Job Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm - Hybrid *hybrid schedule will be determined by direct supervisor.Job Salary: $58.64/hrA Senior Business Analyst (contractor) is required to provide customer and solution support for enterprise and operational projects.Senior Business Analyst with strong Agile experience to lead requirements elicitation, translate stakeholder needs into formal artifacts, support design and product sessions, and produce test plans for a fast-paced 6-month contract supporting project objectives.RequirementsRequirements:Minimum 5 years of senior-level Business Analyst experienceStrong understanding of Agile methodologyAbility to provide comprehensive analysis across customer, vendor, and team settings and translate findings into formal documentationSkilled in conducting customer workshops for requirements elicitation and translating outputs into formal artifacts for development teamsCapable of providing analysis support during design and product sessions and producing documentation to support both active development and historical records (e.g., BRD, FSD, diagrams)Proficient in developing test plans and scripts for comprehensive testing, tracking, and customer approvalsContract Duration: 6 months, with potential extension based on project needsRole and Responsibilities of the Resource Request (Required)Key Responsibilities:Create and update business and functional requirement documents to support implementation effortsDevelop and maintain business workflow processes for applicable business operationsSupport project teams (Development, QA, PM) in all business analysis activities, including:Business process optimization (BPO)Requirements elicitation and groomingWork item prioritization and creationDocument review and user acceptance testingMaintenance and support activities as assignedEnsure full support and delivery of project objectives and deliverables (100%)Scheduled Milestones and Deliverables (Required)Tracking and completion of sprints every 2–3 weeksMetrics to Measure Performance (Required)Schedule Variance: Adherence to established timelines and sprint goalsCustomer Satisfaction: Quality of collaboration, communication, and deliverablesProductivity Monitoring: Timely completion of assigned analysis tasks and documentation
