Ideal candidates will have exceptional customer service skills, a love for the arts, and the ability to work with a diverse student body. This is an on-site position, located in San Francisco. **Responsibilities: *** Perform junior-level network administration for Windows and Mac network environment * Perform software and hardware installation, troubleshooting and upgrades * Assist students with any software/hardware issues that may arise * Work in coordination with the front desk to ensure the smooth workflow * Provide support and assistance to the Department Director * Provide support to department for Spring Show and other events as needed. * Provide excellent customer service. Provide a cordial and friendly presence to students, faculty and staff. * Maintain guidelines set forth by the Academy of Art University * Maintain a clean, functional and productive learning environment * Protect equipment from theft or vandalism * Perform other duties as assigned **Compensation: **$22.00/hour **Application Deadline: January 26, 2026***Academy of Art University is based solely in San Francisco, California.
