VLK Experience Design is seeking a talented and creative Experience Designer for our San Antonio office (or one of our other four offices) to assist in the creation of high-end rendered stills, animated sequences, and immersive environments. This person will work with design teams to generate appealing visuals that create dynamic experiences for the end user. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge in 3D modeling, texturing / mapping, and animation techniques.Import and manipulation of architectural models from various design software to build high quality, complete digital scenes, and environments.Creation of high-quality 3D assetsCreation and application of high-quality texture maps for PBR workflowsPlacement of vegetation, automobiles, people, and other associated entourage within digital environmentsSetup / editing of still and animated camerasRendering and compositing of 3D stills and animated sequencesAssist in management of 3D assets and material librariesRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or similar field of study is requiredDigital portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of contemporary design techniques used to produce high quality original workProficiency in 3DS Max and VRay is requiredExtensive knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Illustrator is requiredExperience with Forest Pack, Rail Clone, and AXYZ anima is preferredExperience with Unreal Engine 4.0 or higher highly preferredKnowledge of Substance Suite is a plusExperience in a design firm environmentApply Now" * " indicates required fieldsName *First LastEmail *Contact PhonePosition Applying For *Preferred Office Location *What interests you about this position at VLK?Documents - Combine All Documents into One File * Accepted file types: pdf, docx, doc, Max. file size: 25 MB.
