We are a leading law firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the legal industry and is looking for a challenging and rewarding career. As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will work with a team of legal professionals to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters related to employment law, civil defense litigation, labor and employment law, immigration, and OSHA.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings and provide legal opinions.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
Manage and prioritize multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law, civil defense litigation, labor and employment law, immigration, and OSHA.
