*Civil litigation firm founded and managed by former AMLAW 50 Partners is seeking exceptionally qualified attorney candidates to join our team of outstanding civil litigation and trial lawyers, with at least 5 years of continuous civil litigation experience in California* in the areas of business litigation (_i.e._, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, bad faith, shareholder derivative, unfair business practices) and/or labor and employment litigation defense. *\*We will consider JAG and DA experience in lieu of the above.* Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description. * _*Base*_ *salary range is $200,000 to $300,000* (depending on level of experience), plus *(1)* a _monthly_ bonus structure, *(2) *an origination bonus structure, and *(3) *a full array of benefits including health and dental insurance, 401K, MCLE, bar dues, and the flexibility of working in-office in Class-A Space in Irvine, and the freedom to work remotely once integrated into our systems and procedures. * *Eligible candidates *possess strong academic and professional credentials from top ABA accredited law schools and well-known litigation firms, respectively, have excellent research and writing skills, and work effectively in a highly collaborative environment. We respond to qualified candidates very quickly. \*NOTE\* – we are not utilizing search agencies to fill this position. *Responsibilities include:* * Conduct thorough factual and legal research using Westlaw and other relevant sources and platforms in support of case strategy. * Draft legal documents and pleadings with excruciating attention to detail and precision, while ensuring consistency and compliance with relevant legal authorities. * Engage in litigation activities, including drafting and responding to pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending party, third-party and expert witness depositions, law and motion court appearances, and trial work. * Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and provide legal advice. * Work hard.
