We’re looking for a *Chief Engineer* who can bring technical know-how, a hands-on attitude, and a collaborative spirit to our team.
This role is all about keeping the hotel running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting a fun, professional culture out front. From preventative maintenance to creative problem-solving, you’ll be the go-to person for making sure The Devlin looks great, functions flawlessly, and provides a safe, welcoming environment for our guests and team.
Lead and oversee all hotel maintenance and engineering operations, from guest rooms to public spaces.
* Perform hands-on repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and more) and coordinate outside contractors when needed.
* Monitor building systems, equipment, and safety protocols to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Partner with the leadership team to support capital projects and improvement initiatives.
* Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and parts while keeping budgets in check.
