Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Sterling, Colorado Provide comprehensive primary care for all ages while enjoying small-town living. We're seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. You'll care for patients of all ages, deliver preventative services, and perform routine procedures, all while working closely with a collaborative clinical team. Position Details: Full-time, outpatient Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 5:30 PM Sat 8 AM-12noon (Saturday rotation will be approximately 1/month DEA with prescriptive authority required Experience in Family Medicine preferred Provide care for patients of all ages, including walk-in visits and well-woman checks (non-OB) Perform routine procedures and manage diverse primary care cases Work with a collaborative clinical team Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Banner Health offers competitive salary along with an industry leading benefits package that provides security for you and your family, including: Competitive salary: $117,500 - $137,500 (dependent on experience) Annual performance bonus and incentives Sign-on bonus Robust medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage Eligible for benefits coverage within 30 days Financial wellness resources Career advancement and optimal work/life balance Employee discounts A culture on the well-being of our providers and excellent patient care Why Sterling & Rural Practice?
