Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Sterling, Colorado Provide comprehensive primary care for all ages while enjoying small-town living. We're seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. You'll care for patients of all ages, deliver preventative services, and perform routine procedures, all while working closely with a collaborative clinical team. Position Details Full-time, outpatient Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 5:30 PM; Saturday 8 AM-12 noon (Saturday rotation approx. 1/month) DEA with prescriptive authority required Experience in Family Medicine preferred Provide care for patients of all ages, including walk-in visits and well-woman checks (non-OB) Perform routine procedures and manage diverse primary care cases Work with a collaborative clinical team Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Benefits Competitive salary: $117,500 - $137,500 (dependent on experience) Annual performance bonus and incentives Sign-on bonus Robust medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage Eligible for benefits coverage within 30 days Financial wellness resources Why Sterling & Rural Practice?
