Talent Acquisitions Specialist Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and background checks. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates. Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications. Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up. Partner with hiring managers to align staffing needs with recruitment strategies. Present and negotiate job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Utilize ATS and HR software to track progress, maintain records, and generate reports. Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events to build pipelines. Collaborate with staffing agencies for temporary staffing needs. Support onboarding by managing expectations around start dates and paperwork. Champion diversity recruitment initiatives and ensure equitable hiring practices. Stay current with recruitment trends and industry best practices. Contribute to the development of recruitment policies and procedures. Talent Acquisitions Specialist Education & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships. Proven success in sourcing across a variety of roles. Proactive, independent, and results-driven with high accountability.
