The Talent Acquisitions Specialist will lead the recruitment efforts and help our client build a diverse, high-performing workforce. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers-while ensuring every candidate has a smooth, positive experience. You'll be instrumental in shaping their talent strategy and strengthening their employer brand.Talent Acquisitions Specialist Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment: Source, interview, extend offers, and oversee background checks. Innovate sourcing strategies: Develop creative approaches to attract diverse, qualified candidates. Candidate engagement: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and ensure timely communication. Partner with hiring managers: Understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. Offer management: Present and negotiate offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Compliance & systems: Utilize ATS/HR software, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with laws and policies. Employer branding: Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and through partnerships with staffing agencies. Onboarding support: Manage candidate expectations around start dates and onboarding for seamless transitions. Diversity focus: Champion equitable hiring practices and collaborate with the EEO Officer to meet diversity goals. Continuous improvement: Stay current on recruitment trends and contribute to policy and process enhancements. Talent Acquisitions Specialist Education & Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. Strong communication skills-able to build trust and relationships across all levels. Proven ability to design and execute sourcing strategies for varied roles. Proactive, independent, and results-driven with high accountability. Solid understanding of employment laws and best practices. xhuatnn Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of ATS software.
