The Las Olas Network (TLON) is a boutique executive search and talent advisory firm headquartered in South Florida. We partner with private-equitybacked healthcare organizations to assist in hiring for Accounting/Finance, Operations, and Human Resource functions at a Director-level and above.

TLON also comprises of M&A Talent Partners (MATP), our specialized vertical focused exclusively on Corporate Development, M&A, and deal-oriented recruiting for PE-backed portfolio companies, investment banks, and corporate strategy teams.

Over the past year, TLON has experienced substantial growth across both the TLON and MATP platforms, expanding our client base, increasing search volume, and deepening our presence within the private equity and healthcare ecosystems.

As we prepare for our new Broward County office opening in 2026 and continue scaling our delivery model, we are adding an Executive Search Associate to support this momentum.
This is a role ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, excited by the idea of helping build and shape a growing firm.

🎯 A recent college graduate with strong communication skills and interest in recruiting, OR
A recruiter with 12 years of direct-hire agency experience

Local Requirement:
You must must be available to commute into Broward County, FL and be available for in-office work 4 days/week once our new office opens in 2026.

💼 Recruiting & Search Execution
Conduct structured interviews and competency-based assessments
Manage pipelines and candidate flow across retained and contingent searches
Execute talent mapping across healthcare, corporate development, finance, and operations
CRM/ATS Ownership
Own our CRM/ATS systemsmaintaining clean data, pipeline integrity, reporting, and workflow consistency
Help shape how the firm tracks search activity and manages relationships as we grow
Support top-of-funnel client sourcing and outreach
Build and refine target lists across healthcare, finance, and corporate development sectors
Draft and execute outreach campaigns to prospective clients and partners
Assist in Account Management of existing clientele; Assist with early-stage client communications, notes, follow-ups, and CRM tracking
Participate in BD initiatives that help expand TLONs and MATPs footprint

This is structured exposure to the commercial side of the search businessnot a heavy sales role, but an opportunity to help support leadership in developing new business.

New grad or 12 years of direct-hire recruiting experience
Able to commit to in-office work 4 days/week beginning in 2026
Excellent communicator with strong writing skills
Comfortable owning ATS/CRM processes and maintaining clean, accurate data
Entrepreneurial mindset enjoys building, improving, and creating structure
