This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.RESPONSIBILITIESSource, Screen, Present and Place talented A&F, IT & HR talent.Develop new relationships to grow business and help company expandThink critically when planning to assure project successAbility to develop a deep network of candidates in the Southern California MarketStrong negotiation & closing skills, well versed in the different methods/tactics/techniques for closing deals in the staffing world.QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of Recruiting experience (Agency Staffing required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful sourcing strategiesFocused and goal-orientedLooking for someone who knows how to do the job effectively, knows their own style and can execute, but also not be afraid to continue growing/developing & adding to their bag of tricks.Must know how to have fun ON THE JOB.Highly CompetitiveDo you love to travel?
