NOC Engineer – New York (24x7 Operations) Are you ready to enhance your career in Network Operations? Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain network and system performance to ensure maximum uptime. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Perform proactive maintenance, incident response, and root cause analysis. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document all work within the ticketing system. Skills & Experience 5+ years’ experience in NOC, network operations, or infrastructure support. Strong knowledge of Cisco switches and routers, VMware, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory. Experience in environment monitoring, VPN management, and patch management. Background in system administration (AD, Exchange Server, O365) preferred. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Flexibility to work shift patterns, including possible overnight hours (e.g., 7pm–7am). Nice to Have Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail and accountability.
