We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting CNC machines, as well as programming them using g-code. You will also be tasked with using precision measuring tools to ensure the quality of our products. This role is key to our operations and requires a meticulous and detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of CNC machines.
Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
Understanding specifications of the task at hand by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
Preparing and loading raw materials and parts onto the machines.
Programming CNC machines with g-code, ensuring optimal performance and output.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation.
Familiarity with g-code programming.
Strong understanding of blueprints and mechanical drawings.
High school diploma or equivalent required, relevant certification or degree preferred.
Proven track record of producing quality work within deadlines.
