The Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a highly qualified Sr. PM Director to lead the INDOPACOM Enterprise Pacific Integrated C4 Solutions (EPICS) program at Ft. Shafter, HI, supporting the INDOPACOM customer to maintain a robust and reliable communication and network infrastructure to execute its mission. PM Director is responsible for planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of EPICS program goals and objectives.
Provide leadership and foster strong customer relationships to ensure program success.
Act as a key conduit between the Government PMO, service providers, and Contractor personnel to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Ensure team members receive necessary training and certifications to meet program and mission requirements.
Ensure timely and transparent communication of program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate program risks to ensure program stability and continuity.
Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, deliverables, and quality standards.
Monitor and review performance metrics to assess and enhance program effectiveness.
Manage the program budget and provide accurate financial reports and projections.
Implement continuous process improvements to drive greater program efficiency and success.
Manage and support all Contractor personnel across functional areas and geographic locations
Demonstrated program management experience (7+ yrs.)
PMP certification
managing geographically dispersed workforce
Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractors proposed methodologies and approach for a project or program similar in scope and complexity, leading programs greater than $500M
