As Director of Data & Analytics, youll architect that strategy and scale the capabilities that make it real. What Youll Do Set the vision & roadmap for enterprise analytics across Higher Ed, K12, and Early Careergrounded in business priorities and growth objectives. Raise the bar on integrity & consistency , establishing standards for data quality, reporting, and analytical best practices. Evolve our analytics stack in partnership with Pearsons data teamsensuring scalable infrastructure, governance, and interoperability. Be the executive thought partner who translates data into strategy for senior leaders across Strategy, Product, GTM, and Finance. Deliver decisionready insight : advanced analytics/models to surface market & customer trends, plus KPI frameworks and dashboards that provide clear, shared visibility. Build data fluency across the businessembedding analytics into planning, commercial reviews, and product development, and simplifying complex analyses into compelling narratives. What Youll Bring Technical depth : Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel; comfort with large, complex datasets. Visualization expertise in Tableau, Power BI (or equivalent), with a track record of architecting executivegrade KPI frameworks and dashboards. Leadership & influence : 7+ years in analytics/data science (2+ years leading teams), with a history of guiding crossfunctional decisions through data. Exceptional communication : You make insights actionablealigning technical and nontechnical teams around a shared analytics vision.
