Escher Incorporated is a Georgia based mechanical contractor incorporated in 1990. We self-perform installation of piping, chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, pumps, etc., and subcontract sheet metal, insulation, and control work. Pipe includes copper, PVC, carbon steel, various acid resistant plastics, cast iron and ductile iron. Joints include threaded, welded, mechanical. Mostly comprised of mechanical and plumbing work, projects are commercial, institutional, and industrial and range from $100k to $15M.Job Description:E. Escher Incorporated, a Metro Atlanta Mechanical Contracting company, is seeking a senior-level estimator with at least 7+ years’ experience in the mechanical contracting business. Projects include commercial, institutional, and industrial. This leadership role is responsible for revenue generation, site visits, cost control, team leadership, client relations, and technical management of various size projects. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Most of our projects are located throughout the Atlanta Metro Area.Required skills:Superior Bid Proposal and PreparationThorough knowledge of piping, plumbing and mechanical system operationsEstimating, budget, cost control, scheduling, and management of multiple bidsSolid understanding of wide variety of HVAC Equipment and MaterialsExisting vendor and subcontractor RelationshipsIn-depth knowledge of system installationsSelf-starter with strong work ethicProficient with MS Word and ExcelDesired Skills and Expertise:Strong organizational and leadership skillsExceptional ability for documentation and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communicationsAbility to review CAD DrawingsExperience utilizing Autobid, Bluebeam and ProcoreJob Type:Full TimeSalary $110k+ (based on experience, familiarity with estimating platforms, etc.)Required:7 years’ experience as HVAC/Commercial Plumbing EstimatorPreferred:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical EngineeringState of Georgia Plumbing LicenseState of Georgia HVAC LicenseState of Georgia Boiler LicenseAdditional HVAC CertificationsBenefits*:Health InsurancePaid Vacation (Holidays, vacation, and Personal days)401K Plan (with Safe Harbor Company Match)Profit Sharing Program*Conditions apply.Please submit resume to: elaine.escher@eescherinc.com or call (404) 217-7500
