Competitive salary + structured, performance-based bonuses
~20% bonus at 1,600 billable hours (paid quarterly at 5% per 400 hours)
~ Additional $20K for reaching 1,800 hours, plus further bonuses at 2,000 hours

Handle corporate and transactional matters for private clients, including M&A, business sales, acquisitions, and entity structuring
Advise high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses on wealth management and succession planning
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and related documents
Provide tax planning and compliance strategies to support business and private client goals
Collaborate with the Corporate & Tax Team and firm leadership to manage and grow client relationships
Minimum 4 years of corporate transactional and tax experience, with a focus on private client matters
Experience with M&A, business law, and entity structuring
Strong background advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses
Proven ability to lead matters originated by senior attorneys and provide practical tax and business guidance
