We work very closely with a well-established real estate law firm who is seeking a Residential Real Estate Attorney to join its Savannah office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking for long-term growth within a respected and steadily expanding practice. The attorney in this role will handle residential real estate transactions and work closely with a collaborative team committed to exceptional client service. The firm offers comprehensive training, strong operational support, and robust resources for business development and marketing, positioning the right candidate for long-term success.
Manage residential real estate closings and related transactional matters
Review, prepare, and negotiate closing documents
Support business development initiatives and maintain strong community relationships
Active Georgia law license required
~2+ years of real estate or transactional experience preferred
~ Ability to work in-office daily in the Savannah location
