VP of Marketing - AI Technology Company (Series A) Our client is a developer of an artificial intelligence-based platform intended to streamline the customer relationship management process. They are a Series A company with over $27M in funds raised to date (long runway) They are looking for their first VP of Marketing to build out their inbound marketing machine, and to continue to lead the charge on the overall marketing function companywide. There will be a strong emphasis on branding, messaging, and positioning. This role will oversee 3 marketing associates (1 senior demand generation manager, 1 senior product marketing manager, and 1 content marketing manager) help craft messaging that cuts through the noisy AI marketing and lands with the target audience. increase brand awareness and converting prospects into customers. MUST have proven experience working in a B2B SaaS startup environment and have demonstrable results getting in on the ground floor and building marketing teams (with a company that continues to be successful and/or successfully exited) Proven experience working with product development, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring that a product is launched successfully and achieves its maximum potential in the market Have a strong understanding of the demand planning process and are confident building and managing a forecast on a standardized cadence Identify as a “Revenue Centric” marketing leader and are excited to partner with Sales. Opportunity to "own" the marketing domain and put your stamp on the growth of the department companywide Compensation includes $200k base salary + bonus = $250k OTE + Equity
