Insight Global is looking for a Director Level Product Marketing Manager for a leader in the Fintech space. We’re seeking a Director-level Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and narrative for agentic commerce initiatives. Own GTM planning and execution for new product launches in agentic commerce.
Drive readiness for major releases (targeting February and April), including collateral, enablement, and field coordination.
Lead large-scale program build‑outs and cross‑functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and Partnerships.
Assess workforce implications for partners and guide change management during agentic transformation.
10+ years in Product Marketing within ecommerce/commerce tech, including Director-level scope.
Experience in agentic transformation and exposure to crypto where relevant to commerce flows.
Strong storytelling and market analysis skills; ability to craft positioning and competitive narratives that drive adoption and performance.
Cross‑functional leadership without direct people management; Ecommerce domain depth and merchant ecosystem experience.
Program management chops to set KPIs, track GTM execution, and de‑risk large initiatives.
