Were looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Director who will play a critical role in shaping how Niles story is told to customers, partners, and the broader market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and storytellingable to translate complex networking and security innovations into compelling narratives that resonate with technical and business audiences alike. The PMD will collaborate closely with Product Management, Technical Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to define positioning, develop gotomarket content, and build the narratives that fuel customer adoption and company growth.
Develop differentiated messaging and positioning that highlights Niles unique value proposition in networking and security.
Craft compelling stories and visual narratives for customers, prospects, and partners that connect technical innovation to business outcomes.
Own the creation of key marketing assets including solution briefs, whitepapers, customer presentations, case studies, sales playbooks, and website content.
Partner with Sales and Channel teams to build enablement material that equips field teams and partners to effectively sell Niles solutions.
Stay close to customer pain points, market dynamics, and competitive trends to ensure messaging remains relevant and differentiated.
Work sidebyside with Product Managers and Technical Product Marketers to align on roadmap priorities, proof points, and technical validation.
10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, or related roles in the technology industry.
~ Strong background in infrastructure technologypreferably networking, security, or cloud.
~ Proven experience building compelling product and customer narratives.
~ Demonstrated success developing marketing content and sales collateral that drives adoption and revenue.
~ Selfstarter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
