Youll work 1:1 with children with autism, helping them build essential skills while being part of a supportive team .
No prior ABA experience? We provide comprehensive training and RBT certification as well as constant mentoring so you can feel confident stepping into this rewarding role.
Flexible schedules: Choose from morning, afternoon, or early evening shifts

Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills
Accurately track data and progress in real-time
Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments
Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training
Set your preferred availabilityweekday, evening, and weekend options available

Enjoy working with children and making a lasting impact
Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Can pass a background check and complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) onboarding
Bonus if you have: experience in ABA, education, childcare, or psychology-related fields
