Competitive pay: $18- $25/hour , based on experience and location Flexible schedules: Choose from morning, afternoon, or early evening shifts Part-time roles available (minimum 15 hours/week) Paid training and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification support Mileage reimbursement for in-home services Clear promotion path for those seeking BCBA mentorship Local caseloadsno long commutes What You'll Do: Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills Accurately track data and progress in real-time Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training Scheduling & Compensation $18- $25/hour depending on qualifications and market Set your preferred availabilityweekday, evening, and weekend options available Work close to home; we serve families throughout Grand Rapids and surrounding areas Youre a strong fit if you: Enjoy working with children and making a lasting impact Are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation Can pass a background check and complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) onboarding Bonus if you have: experience in ABA, education, childcare, or psychology-related fields About Akoya Behavioral Health Akoya Behavioral Health is a clinician-owned ABA therapy provider rooted in family-centered care.
