This role will report to the VP and lead a best in class people strategy in a rapidly growing market. This leader will act as a key advisor to the executive team, embedding strong HR practices in the region while partnering with other locations to ensure the organization continues to attract, grow, and keep exceptional talent. The ideal person blends long term strategic thinking with hands on delivery, uses data and analysis to connect talent priorities to ROI and business results, and is a visible advocate for a people centered culture. This Director will shape organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent optimization across assigned business units, directly impacting company performance and expansion. This hybrid position is based in Miami and requires being in the office four days each week. Responsibilities Own the creation and upkeep of organizational charts and headcount budgets, teaming up with Finance and business leaders to manage labor spend, plan future staffing, and align with financial and strategic plans. Serve as the HR partner on all people topics, influencing leadership decisions that drive productivity, retention, and overall effectiveness. Lead all strategic and day to day HR activities for your client groups, including engagement, learning and development, performance processes, organizational structure, and compensation and benefits, ensuring everything supports the company strategy and scalable growth. Build, track, and interpret HR dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to guide data based decision making and clearly show how HR contributes to business outcomes. Design and run talent review processes and formal succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines and reduce critical talent gaps. Recommend and implement organizational designs and workforce strategies that support growth, flexibility in the market, and operational excellence. Partner with senior leaders to design and execute engagement initiatives that elevate service standards, team effectiveness, and productivity. Lead, coach, and develop the HR team, providing guidance on employee relations, pay, and benefits issues and helping resolve complex cases. Promote a culture of open communication, coaching, and alignment across functions so that teams share accountability for results and move in the same direction. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. HR certification required (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent). 4+ years of experience in a similar HR leadership role (such as HR Director or HR Business Partner) supporting senior leaders and driving people initiatives. Proven history of leading HR programs that produce measurable business results such as higher engagement, lower costs, or stronger organizational performance. Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and growing a team of HR professionals. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth setting with shifting priorities. Meticulous attention to detail paired with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to drive change in ambiguous situations.
