About the Job Would you be open to an exciting opportunity driving interconnection strategy for a rapidly growing renewable energy developer? We're hiring an Interconnection Project Manager to support the execution of community solar projects. This role offers hands-on responsibility for interconnection compliance, utility coordination, and project management across a growing portfolio of solar projects. Based in Atlanta, you'll oversee interconnection milestones, manage schedules, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Why this role stands out: Over 450 MW of community solar already delivered, with a 2 GW pipeline Backed by $400M+ investment, targeting $3B in the next 5 years Oversight of multi-disciplinary project teams, including external utility partners Opportunity to shape execution strategy for a rapidly expanding portfolio What You Bring: 1+ years of experience in renewable energy project management, preferably in interconnection Background in construction project management with solar project experience Familiarity with utility interconnection agreements and project scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills PMP certification is a plus Location: Atlanta with regional travel (25–30%).
