Medical Science Liaison, Neuroimmunology - Mid-Atlantic Join Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine as a Medical Science Liaison, Neuroimmunology in the Mid-Atlantic territory, encompassing Washington D.C., Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. Responsibilities Build external relationships with identified KOLs and health care providers (MD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D., bio coordinators) and develop and manage a geographical territory. These relationships and engagements can include both virtual & in-person, with a prioritization of in-person engagements when appropriate. Develop and maintain a territory strategic plan, which includes educational activities with identified OLs, HCPs, institutions, and community practices. Have a level of competency and experience in the disease state. The MSL is expected to possess foundational competencies in the areas of Influence & Results Focused, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Product & Therapeutic Area Knowledge, and Data Insights & Dissemination. Rapidly identify and compliantly collaborate with field-based partners to ensure support of the Healthcare Providers which will positively impact the patients that they care for. Enhance skills in agility, applying the competencies of Change Management, Time Management and Innovation. Conduct all activities in accordance with current regulatory and health care compliance guidelines. Ability to travel, primarily throughout assigned geography, with infrequent meeting travel outside of assigned geography. Travel for this role is estimated at 60%. Consistently demonstrate strategic territory planning and ability to build strong relationships within the territory. Consistently demonstrate strong scientific acumen. Continuously support Department Operations and Internal Partners. Qualifications Required: A PharmD, PhD, MD, with 2+ years relevant neurology, immunology and/or neuromuscular experience. 2-3 years relevant work experience (clinical or research experience). Preferred: Previous experience as an MSL. Knowledge or experience in Neurology, Immunology, Rare Disease, or Neuromuscular. Launch experience. Significant experience giving presentations. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $197,800. This position is eligible for a company car through the Companys FLEET program and may earn an annual performance bonus based on individual and corporate performance. Employees may also participate in company benefit programs including health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and paid time off.
