Service Desk Agent Contract Opportunity 馃搷 Location: Duration: 12-month contract
馃挷 Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking a Service Desk Agent with 6 months to 2 years of experience (internships count) Recent grad with a Bachelor .
Experience or internship.
Previous contact center experience
Provides investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems
Installs, modifies, cleans up, run diagnostic programs and repairs computer hardware/ peripherals and software
Handle incoming phone calls regarding various customer service inquiries on Morgan Stanley accounts.
Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency , consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions .
Gain valuable experience with a leading financial institution . Plus, theres a possibility to convert to a permanent position after the contract period
