In this role, youll oversee the successful execution of marketing strategies, ensure alignment with client goals, and maintain a high level of satisfaction through proactive communication and performance management. Youll be responsible for managing client relationships, monitoring campaign performance, presenting insights and reports, and driving/supporting client retention, upsells, and renewals. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, attention to detail, and relationship management skills and the ability to balance client needs with organizational priorities. What You'll DoManage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.Oversee campaign execution and ensure deliverables align with strategic objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high-quality performance across channels.Monitor project hours and timelines to ensure efficient delivery and alignment with budgeted resources. Analyze campaign data and prepare clear, actionable performance reports for clients.Lead client meetings, check-ins, and performance review calls.Identify risks such as declining engagement or client dissatisfaction early and work proactively with internal teams to address them. Maintain awareness of project efficiency and recommend adjustments when needed to support both client success and operational health.
