LSF is looking for a talented Bilingual Licensed Clinician who wants to make an impact in the lives of children and families.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English to Spanish
Conducts mental health assessment and provides ongoing clinical services to the Unaccompanied Children (UC's) referred to the Dream Center. In collaboration with the case management team, these services will be provided on an intensive, short-term basis and will require fluency with the policies of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR).
Apply a working knowledge of child welfare best practices to protect all clients in care and mitigate risk factors where possible.
Maintain documentation of all clinical activities in accordance with ORR policy
Maintain an updated, working knowledge of DHS and UC/ORR policy and operating procedures.
Must be able to work flexible and long hours.
Master's degree in social work with clinical experience in the program, or master's degree in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science in which direct clinical experience is a program requirement. Must have experience working in a residential facility.
Ability to be flexible with working hours and on-call responsibilities.
Excellent writing skills
Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions (using the UC Portal, Microsoft Office, and any internal case management software)
Bilingual in Spanish and English Required
Reports to Lead Licensed Clinician
Accurate, complete and timely submission of required financial reports, forecasts, proposals, and analysis.
Cost effective program operation.
Adherence to agency policies and managements
