Our mission is to empower individuals facing mental health and/or substance use disorder challenges by providing comprehensive, person-centered services that promote recovery and improve quality of life.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering evidence-based care, supporting client recovery goals, and ensuring compliance with Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) regulations for PHP and IOP settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy in accordance with treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and update individualized treatment plans regularly.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and skills-building groups tailored to the needs of adults with mental health diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and peer support staff to ensure integrated care.
  • Monitor client progress and document services in compliance with DCF standards.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, clinical supervision, and staff training.

Qualifications:

  • LMHC or LCSW license in the state of Florida (Required).
  • Experience working with substance abuse population.
  • Experience working with mental healthpopulation.
  • Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills.
  • Familiarity with co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care.
  • Strong group facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse populations in a respectful, person-centered manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $75,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Preferred)
