We are a privately owned industrial services company supporting the pulp and paper industry, providing both chemical products and on site cleaning services for paper machines and production environments. With decades of experience in this space, we are expanding our presence in the Midwest and looking to add a motivated Account Manager to our team.
This full time role is based in Northeast Ohio and reports to a Regional Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee service delivery for assigned accounts, support chemical cleaning operations, and lead a crew of 4 to 8 team members while maintaining strong customer relationships and a safe work environment.
Manage daily and outage based service work for assigned industrial accounts
• Handle and assist with chemical cleaning using degreasers, caustics, and acids
• Build, lead, and manage a crew of 4 to 8 employees
• Ensure customer needs, schedules, and expectations are met
• Maintain strict safety standards related to PPE, site safety, and chemical handling
• Assist with mechanical tasks including basic repairs to pumps, hoses, and equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding schedules, needs, and opportunities
• Travel to other customer sites as needed, including occasional weekends or holidays
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
• Paper mill experience is a plus but not required
• Mechanically inclined with basic equipment repair skills
• Pre employment and random drug testing required
