Our strict focus on only serving the hotel industry affords our clients the benefit of a more sophisticated guest service platform without distractions from other verticals.
The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation to close, on hotel parking arrangements in all U.The VP develops and implements the agreed-upon marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goals by expanding the customer base nationally. The VP works with operations and sales support teams for achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the Companys overall strategy and goals.
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Companys target markets, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
Assist in the implementation of Company marketing plans as needed.
Provide expertise on customer retention activities including business review meetings, RFP preparation, etc.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities by entering sales pipeline and activity into the Companys CRM system.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
At least 5 years Business Development/Sales and/or Operations experience preferably in the Hospitality and/or Parking industry.
Experience with enterprise software solutions, CRM systems, and large, complex organizations.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Business Development/Sales experience in parking services.
