Senior Principal Consultant at Hale International - Workday Staffing Experts Senior Workday Product Owner - $180,000 + 20% Bonus
Were working with a large, well-established organization with over 10,000 employees, thats looking for a Senior Workday Product Owner to join their team and take ownership of their Workday platform.
In this role, youll oversee and manage the companys Workday tenant, ensuring it runs smoothly and continues to evolve in line with business needs. Youll also lead and support a range of Workday projects across HCM, Payroll, LMS, and Time Tracking, making a real impact on how the organization uses Workday day to day

Oversee the companys Workday tenant, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and alignment with evolving business needs
Serve as the primary Workday subject matter expert, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and system updates across the business
Lead and deliver Workday initiatives across Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Learning Management System (LMS) modules
Manage postgo-live optimization, including cleanup, configuration updates, and continuous improvement of existing modules
Partner with executive leadership to understand organizational priorities and translate them into effective Workday solutions
Maintain a strategic partnership with Workday, supporting Success Plans and leveraging insights to maximize platform value
Define and execute the Workday roadmap, ensuring scalability and alignment with long-term company objectives
Champion user experience and adoption, ensuring Workday tools are intuitive, efficient, and empowering for all employees
You must have a minimum of 4 years of Workday experience across as many of the following modules: HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Talent, Compensation, Absence, and Learning
