In this role, youll oversee and manage the companys Workday tenant, ensuring it runs smoothly and continues to evolve in line with business needs. Youll also lead and support a range of Workday projects across HCM, Payroll, LMS, and Time Tracking, making a real impact on how the organization uses Workday day to day Job Responsibilities Oversee the companys Workday tenant, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and alignment with evolving business needs Serve as the primary Workday subject matter expert, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and system updates across the business Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and other key stakeholders to enhance system functionality and streamline workflows Lead and deliver Workday initiatives across Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Learning Management System (LMS) modules Manage postgo-live optimization, including cleanup, configuration updates, and continuous improvement of existing modules Partner with executive leadership to understand organizational priorities and translate them into effective Workday solutions Maintain a strategic partnership with Workday, supporting Success Plans and leveraging insights to maximize platform value Define and execute the Workday roadmap, ensuring scalability and alignment with long-term company objectives Champion user experience and adoption, ensuring Workday tools are intuitive, efficient, and empowering for all employees Requirements You must have a minimum of 4 years of Workday experience across as many of the following modules: HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Talent, Compensation, Absence, and Learning Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of an organization Comfortable partnering and presenting to C-suite leaders and key stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days onsite near Huntington Beach, California This is a chance to join a collaborative and driven company, develop your functional expertise, and take ownership of the Workday tenant Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology, Human Resources, and Product Management Industries Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Hale International by 2x Get notified about new Product Owner jobs in Huntington Beach, CA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
