Systems Engineer | MSP | NYC | $110K–$125K + Bonus Join a high-end, boutique MSP supporting demanding high-net-worth clients, including hedge funds and private equity. This Tier 2.5–Tier 3 role blends white-glove support, projects, and escalations—roughly a third each—with minimal after-hours work. What You'll Do: Provide top-tier support for SMB clients (~150 users), primarily Windows with light Mac/iPad environments Lead deployments, cloud projects, and escalated technical issues Maintain high-touch client relationships, responding quickly to calls/texts instead of tickets Collaborate in a tight-knit, flat team with long-tenured engineers What We're Looking For: 3–5+ years MSP experience, with exposure to cloud environments and Windows/Mac support Hands-on experience with tools like NinjaRMM and Halo Strong problem-solving skills, technical depth, and professionalism Comfortable handling a mix of reactive support, project work, and escalations Why You'll Love It: Small, collaborative team with every seat making an impact Long-tenured, supportive team culture Career growth and hands-on exposure to complex cloud and systems projects Competitive $110K–$125K base + consistent annual bonuses Location: Manhattan, NY – near SE corner of Central Park
