This is a full time hybrid role for an MSP Systems Engineer who thrives in a small-business environment and doesnt mind wearing multiple hats. Youll be responsible for systems administration, client support, and account management within a managed services context. Day-to-day, youll manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants, work in tools like NinjaRMM and Addigy, maintain cloud and endpoint security platforms, and help clients get the most out of their technology.
Youll also play a role in documentation and communication: writing clear notes, sharing insights, and ensuring handoffs are smooth and professional. Manage and support client environments across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and related systems
Use RMM/MDM tools such as NinjaOne and Addigy for endpoint monitoring, patching, and automation
Document work clearly and maintain accurate records in ticketing systems
Support backup systems and password management platforms
Collaborate on process improvements and small business operations projects
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and licensing
Understanding of networking fundamentals
Bachelors degree preferred but not required. You wont get lost in a corporate structure;
