On our team, you'll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of. Pay, benefits and more. The hourly pay rate for this is $23.00. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the pay rate for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted rate and this rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This rate may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for hourly shift differential. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits to eligible employees. What you'll do on a typical day: Assist drivers in delivery of multi-temperature products to stores. Rotate and move product on the truck Assist the driver in backing up the truck before or after deliveries Maintain a good working relationship with the customers both internal and external What you need to succeed at GXO: High School Diploma or equivalent Flexibility to adjust work assignments based on requirements Ability to identify potential problems and notify supervisor Ability to be a team player and demonstrate positive work behaviors and attitudes This job requires the ability to: Use hand truck Go up and down a truck ramp with product weighing 50-75 pounds Go up and down stairs with product We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
