GXO, in good faith, believes this is the pay rate for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted rate and this rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This rate may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for hourly shift differential. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Companys sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Companys sole discretion, consistent with the law.What youll do on a typical day:Assist drivers in delivery of multi-temperature products to stores.Rotate and move product on the truckAssist the driver in backing up the truck before or after deliveriesMaintain a good working relationship with the customers both internal and externalWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Itd be great if you have:High School Diploma or equivalentFlexibility to adjust work assignments based on requirementsAbility to identify potential problems and notify supervisorAbility to be a team player and demonstrate positive work behaviors and attitudesThis job requires the ability to:Use hand truckGo up and down a truck ramp with product weighing 50-75 poundsGo up and down stairs with productWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer including Disabled/Veterans.GXO adheres to CDC, OSHA and state and local requirements regarding COVID safety.
