PURPOSE: The CR2 Program Field Staff Manager provides oversight for the client and community engagement components of the CR2 program to include supervision of CR2 Court Liaisons, ongoing in-person relationship development with key legal stakeholders, and current and prospective client advocacy in court. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Train and supervise CR2 court liaisons * Provide at least biweekly supervision of Court Liaisons and document supervision on established CR2 supervision form. * Coordinate with CR2 Program Administrative Staff Manager to assign legal referrals and CR2 clients to Court Liaisons * Travel to each KIHRS site to provide ongoing support and training to KIHRS staff on CR2 competencies, as needed * Engage in ongoing relationship development in person, or in the field with key stakeholders to facilitate referrals to CR2 Program * Attend court hearings for KIHRS legal clients and prospective legal clients and document client interaction according to KIHRS policies and procedures. * Attend emergency CR2 client Interdisciplinary team meetings (IDTM) as needed and provide input. Document one unit in the client chart per KIHRS policies and procedures. * Attend CR2 weekly meetings. * Coordinate with CR2 Program Administrative Staff Manager to determine CR2 client eligibility for graduation from program based on established CR2 criteria. * Conduct at least 5 random monthly chart audits using established CR2 audit tools and provide audit results to Legal Programs Directors by the 5 of the following month. * Assume responsibility for monitoring CR2 clients including completing treatment progress reports and attending scheduled IDTMs when caseload for Court Liaisons exceeds 70. DEPARTMENT: Comprehensive Recovery and Reintegration Program (CR2) REPORTS TO: Legal Programs Director QUALIFICATIONS: * Understanding of the legal system including probation and parole and subpoena processes * Understanding of KIHRS Models and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)* Minimum of 5 years working in a healthcare setting within a multidisciplinary team. * Community Support Worker (CSW) or Community Peer Support Worker (CPSW) for a minimum of 5 years * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint * Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality * Effective oral and written management communication skills * Valid driver’s license and current car insurance with reliable transportation * Highly organized Job Type: Full-time Pay: $58,996.00 - $60,340.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): * Do you have experience working with mandated SUD or behavioral health clients in the judicial system and court experience?
