Key Responsibilities: • Process and post incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts. • Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices. • Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and ensure timely collections. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting. • Assist with month-end closing and general ledger support related to accounts receivable. • Support the accounting team with special projects and process improvements. Preferred Qualifications: • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. xrczosw • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
