Key Responsibilities• Generate and distribute customer invoices and account statements.• Record and reconcile daily customer payments.• Maintain accurate AR aging and identify delinquent accounts.• Communicate with customers regarding past-due balances and payment discrepancies.• Research unapplied payments and credit memos.• Assist with month-end reporting and journal entries. Core Competencies• 2+ years of accounts receivable or billing experience.• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems).• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs preferred).• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. xhuatnn • Organized, dependable, and team-oriented.
