Our client, a leading Commercial Real Estate Firm are seeking to hire a Real Estate Counsel to join their team.
This is a high-impact role supporting acquisitions, loans, and development transactions across a diverse portfolio of operationally essential real estate assets nationwide.

The position reports directly to the General Counsel

Structure acquisition and loan terms in collaboration with the Investment Team
Review and analyze due diligence reports (title, survey, zoning, environmental)
Negotiate and finalize key deal documents including PSAs, leases, and loan agreements
Provide legal guidance to Deal Managers and internal stakeholders
Approve settlement statements and support internal process improvements

4-7 years’ experience advising REIT or commercial real estate clients
~ Strong transactional and commercial real estate background
~ Cash Compensation Range: $300k - $350k + Equity
