The Associate will work closely with the Head of Capital Formation and other senior team members to support and expand the Banner Ridge investor base. Qualifications Experience in a client facing financial services role Proven relationship-building skills and experience with investors Experience supporting senior marketing and sales professionals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines Experience with CRM systems A Bachelor's degree from a reputable school
