This individual will play a key role in supporting investor communications, managing data and reporting, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance our investor engagement and transparency.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport the Investor Relations team with a variety of key tasks including but not limited to, presentation creation, data analysis, meeting preparation, relationship management, and investor targeting effortsAssist in the preparation of investor materials including quarterly reports, presentations, and fund updatesCreate and manage investor databases and CRM systemsCoordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and eventsTrack and respond to investor inquiries in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with internal teams (Product, Legal, Finance) to gather data and insights for investor communicationsMonitor market trends and help drive competitor intelligence efforts to inform investor messaging and strategyEnsure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirementsAssist with management of ATLAS SPs public and private websites, ensure information is updated and accurateQualification and ExperienceBachelors degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field48 years of professional experience (Investment Banking or experience in debt capital markets with financial institutions focus, or corporate investor relations strongly preferred)Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAdvanced attention to detail, comfort with complexity and nuanceTeam player, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a high energy level and superior work ethicHigh degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneouslyAbility to handle highly confidential information and maintain the highest standards of discretion and professionalismAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools (e.g., Ipreo, Deal Cloud) and market data sources (e.g. Bloomberg)The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location.
