In our Corporate Practice Team you’ll work directly on M&A, private offerings and capital restructuring matters, in a setting that expects you to push forward, stay responsive and deliver. A strong pipeline of sophisticated transactional work (asset/stock sales, recapitalizations, private placements) through a practice recognized across industries.

Monday breakfast (donuts, bagels), monthly social/networking events, recognition programs.
Handle transactional work including mergers & acquisitions (asset/stock purchases/sales), recapitalizations and private offerings.
Review, draft and negotiate contracts, corporate governance documents, acquisition agreements, and related transactional materials.
Lead or co-lead deals (first-chair experience strongly preferred) and manage project timelines, deliverables and client relationships.
3–5 years of law firm experience in corporate transactional work required; Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
