A collaborative structure where you’ll work with senior deal teams across multiple practice areas, broadening your exposure and skill set.Culture perks: Monday breakfast (donuts, bagels), monthly social/networking events, recognition programs.Job DetailsHandle transactional work including mergers & acquisitions (asset/stock purchases/sales), recapitalizations and private offerings.Review, draft and negotiate contracts, corporate governance documents, acquisition agreements, and related transactional materials.Lead or co-lead deals (first-chair experience strongly preferred) and manage project timelines, deliverables and client relationships.Maintain high level of responsiveness, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple matters simultaneously.Work as part of the Corporate Practice Team across our Michigan offices (Ann Arbor, Birmingham, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Novi) and interact with clients spanning start-ups to mid-market businesses.
