Remote Healthcare / Medical Communications Manage scientific publication projects including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, slide presentations, and congress deliverables Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, invoicing, and end-of-project reconciliation Partner with medical writers, editors, designers, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time Ensure projects follow GPP 2022, ICMJE, journal, and congress guidelines Manage freelance and external resources as needed 3+ years of account or project management experience, preferably within medical/healthcare communications ~ Experience managing scientific publications, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, or congress deliverables strongly preferred ~ Strong project management, organization, communication, and attention to detail ~ Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment ~ Bachelor’s degree required;
