You'll be diving into learning how to run the show, overseeing all the bits and pieces of our marketing campaigns. We need someone who's a communication genius and can totally anticipate the needs of AT&T customers. The Entry Level Account Manager role is crucial in knocking AT&T’s current goals out of the park Our Entry Level Account Manager will support senior leadership on the following: Account Management and Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts or engage with senior-level clients to cultivate strong, lasting relationships. Offer strategic guidance to both clients and the account team. Proactively identify and address clients' immediate and long-range strategic needs. Plan and lead strategic client meetings effectively. Continuously deliver value and expert advice to clients. Work to retain and grow existing accounts to drive revenue increases. Team Leadership and Development: Oversee the execution of marketing programs and ensure high-quality deliverables. Directly supervise account staff, providing clear structure and guidance for managing their responsibilities. Motivate, mentor, and support the professional growth of team members.
